Ever felt the frustration of those who have ambitions and ability to achieve but fail continuously due to lack of guidance? Making choice of a career is, in general governed by factors other than aptitude, such as parent's wish, environment, economy etc. Lack of knowledge is one of them. So, FFI has started a career counselling program, called DISHA, which provides information about the wide range of career options available to the students of class Xth, XIIth and also graduates.

The basic aim of this project is to provide information regarding different streams including the Exam-schedule, Colleges, Fee-structure so that they can identify their interests and select the best option for their academic career.

We provide the information about the Engineering, Medical, Civil Services, Arts, Commerce, Computer Courses (BCA, MCA), Management Courses (BBA, MBA), Fashion Technology, Bio-Technology etc.

Achievements

• Two counselling sessions have been organised so far.1st session was held at LHC for students residing in nearby villages. 2nd session was organised at Kids’ Garden School, HIRAPUR for 10th class students educating them about the three streams to choose from after Class Boards; SCIENCE, ARTS & COMMERCE.
